CETC is part of the CIPFA group and was established in 1986 to provide added value courses for the CIPFA suite of qualifications including the Professional Qualification, the Postgraduate Diploma in Public Finance and Leadership, and the International Certificate and Diploma in Public Accounting and Audit.
Our aim is to facilitate students’ learning and enhance their ability to apply their knowledge and understanding in order to sit the exams with confidence.
The guiding principle underpinning the design of all of CETC’s added value courses is to provide students with high quality teaching in a supportive learning environment.
