Rhian Dow, who has been working for CETC at our Midlands and West of England bases during the autumn, has now joined CETC on a permanent basis. Rhian will be based at CETC Midlands but will be involved in the courses at each CETC location, in particular those in Birmingham and Bristol. 03-12-2002

CETC have received a very positive report following the latest Quality Audit Report by Canterbury Business School covering courses in 2001, building on the results of last year's successful quality audit. Canterbury Business School visited CETC in May on a few days, covering CETC's London and Midlands' activities, assessing a number of lectures, interviewing staff, some students and some employers, and reviewing documentation. Some recommendations were made for further enhancement of CETC's quality management, which are being implemented. 09-09-2002
