IPDS Introduction Course

Focus on the IPDS with CETC's IPDS Introduction Courses in London and Birmingham

The Initial Professional Development Scheme (IPDS) is an integral part of the CIPFA Professional Qualification, designed to ensure that work based training complements the academic requirements of the programme.

To help students understand the intricacies and requirements of the IPDS better, CETC offer a one day IPDS Introduction course available to students at all stages of the qualification. This invaluable course will introduce you to the concept of IPDS, guide you through the scheme and provide helpful hints and tips.

Subjects that are covered include:

  • Workplace experience log
  • IPDS portfolio
  • Professional level and Final Test of Professional Competence level activities
  • Practice of the key skill of reflective writing
